Daycare

 

Daycare is most often thought of as supervision, care and training for infants and preschool children. Here at Grace Point Church Daycare, we are much more than that. We are a Daycare, Preschool and also a Ministry of the church to reach out to our community.

Our teaching staff is equipped and dedicated to loving, teaching, nurturing, building and training up your child the way in which he should go! Each teacher has a biblical background and training in the use of our A Beka program which will help enrich your child's education as well as teaching them biblical principles. Extra curricular activities are offered weekly during our Fall and Spring session. We emphasize self-esteem and self-worth, while meeting the spiritual, physical and social needs of your child.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 6:00 pm

Food

Breakfast is provided from 7am - 7:30 am. Lunch, and a morning and afternoon snack are provided. We are licensed by the State of Texas and follow their nutritional guidelines.

Discipline

We strive to use guidance instead of punishment in our classrooms. However, for unacceptable behavior we use redirection or separation from the group.

  • Toothbrush Program - 2 thru 4 year olds
  • Little Amigos - Spanish Class - 2 thru 4 year olds
  • Giggle Bytes - Computer Class - 2 thru 4 year olds
  • Soccer Shots - 3 & 4 year olds

Waiting List

Our children are placed into classrooms according to their age as of September 1st of each school year.They will stay in the class all year, unless there are special circumstances that require a move.

Inclement Weather Closure or Delay

We follow NISD for our closures or delays. If NISD closes schools for the day, we will be closed as well. If NISD delays school start time, we will begin at their start time. Click below to view NISD's website:
