Abandoned? Ashamed? Addicted? Abused?

Depressed? Desperate? Divorced? Downtrodden?

We all Struggle. We all Sin in Various Ways.

But There is Hope…in Jesus

There is New Life…in Jesus

There is Redemption…in Jesus

There is Uncommon Life…in Jesus

Whether you’re seeking freedom from past sins, trapped in ongoing sin, or just struggling with life in general, understanding your Grace Identity will make all the difference. We all fall victim to the lies of culture, forgetting that our identity—who we are, and why we matter—can only be rightly understood in light of who Jesus is and what He has done.

Maybe you’re angry at God, or everyone else; maybe you’re bitter and can’t forgive past wrongs; maybe you’re addicted to food, pornography, alcohol or anything in-between; maybe you have an eating disorder, are cutting yourself, or you’re co-dependent and can never be alone…even when you should be.

The current Identity Group Study has begun and is full. There will be an other group starting late summer/early fall. You can pre-register for that if you like.

Advance registration required. Register using the form below. If you need more information, see the FAQs below the form or state your question in the comment blank. There is a $20 fee for the class which provides supplies and curriculum.  If cost is prohibitive, contact us about scholarships.

FAQs

What are Identity Groups?

Identity Groups are small groups of 8-10 people that meet together weekly for 10 consecutive weeks in order to better understand who we are in Christ, and how to live differently as a result of understanding this Grace Identity.

What is the meeting format for Identity Groups?

Identity Groups follow a large-group/small-group format. All Identity Group participants gather together corporately each week for worship and teaching and then separate into smaller groups for study, confession, accountability, and encouragement.

When & Where do Identity Groups Meet?

Several times each year new Identity Groups will be starting. The next Identity Groups kick-off will be Sunday February 12th, from 4pm-7pm, to be followed by 10 weekly Monday night meetings beginning the following night, February 13th, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. All groups will meet on the Grace Point Church campus. Childcare will be available with advance registration only (register for childcare here at: www.gracepoint.org/childcare).

How do I know if Identity Groups is right for me?

God created us for worship, to find our identity, hope, and peace from our relationship with Jesus, our Lord. But the reality is, we all sin. We all struggle and worship false gods (idols). We all wrongly find our identity in our past or present experiences, abuse and hurts, destructive sinful patterns, worship of money or possessions, etc. So in reality we all need Identity Groups. However, if you read the description on the front of this flyer and found that description resonating with the storyline of your life then Identity Groups is definitely for you.
