This privacy policy applies to the services offered by Grace Point Church. This privacy policy applies to nonpublic personal information received from consumers (customers of/donors to the church or not-for-profit to which the consumer is donating), such as non-public financial information. 

How We Protect Your Privacy 
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties without your consent. We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us, and we'll only use that information as we describe below. 

What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information: 
Our contribution forms require users to give us contact information that includes name, phone, e-mail address, and address. We also collect credit card or bank account information to facilitate the gifts and contributions made from this site. We use customer contact information from the registration forms only to send the information to the hosting organization (i.e. Church or Non-Profit to which the user is donating) so they may record your contribution and send tax forms, if required, or the information may be used by the staff of Grace Point Church to process your gift. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. Your payment and bank or credit card account number will be sent through intermediaries such as the Automated Clearing House Network and the Visa/MasterCard clearing house service to complete your payment transaction. We may also disclose your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations and protect against fraud and other risk control purposes. We may be required to disclose your Personal Information to comply with legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant. In the event of a potential sale or other change of control of Smartstreet, we will only disclose your Personal Information if necessary and then subject to written confidentiality commitments.

We restrict access to Personal Information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. All of our employees are aware of their obligations to protect your information. Our service providers are required to commit to written confidentiality terms. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable legal requirements to safeguard your Personal Information. 

How and when will we contact you? 
Grace Point Church will contact you via the e-mail address provided at the time you make a contribution: - When you make a one-time contribution. A confirmation and thank you message will be sent. - When you make a repeating contribution. A confirmation and thank you e-mail message will be sent. - Prior to a repeating contribution. A thank you and reminder e-mail will be sent 48 hours before each contribution. Grace Point Church may contact you via e-mail or the telephone number you provide if there are questions regarding your contribution.
