Grace Point Church was established in 1992, and in twenty-six years has grown to an average attendance of 2200 between two campuses. We are a multi-ethnic congregation composed of members from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-Time
The ideal candidate must be able to embrace the mission and work with a diverse group of parents, children and volunteers to develop, communicate and carry out a comprehensive Children’s Ministry Strategy that includes learning objectives of each age level and a plan for milestones and special events through the ages and stages that help children understand their identity in Christ and how to follow Him in their beliefs, practices and developing virtues. Must be a leader of leaders with the ability to develop volunteers and delegate ministry ownership in a collaborative environment. The Children's Pastor will be organized, creative, resourceful, hard-working, with a heart to expand ministry throughout the community. The Children’s Pastor serves primarily at the original campus and oversees the full-time Director of Children’s Ministry at the second campus location. The total children’s ministry staff is made up of 13 full and part time people. Previous Children's Ministry experience at a church of similar size and background and knowledge of Workshop Rotation Model is a plus.
